Stop what you are doing right now and hire 618 EVENTS! Maggie was our "day of" coordinator for my daughter's wedding, and "day of" was so much more than that. It is because of Maggie that I didn't have a single worry and was able to enjoy the wedding weekend. From the smallest of details, to making our vision come to life, Maggie did it all. She is very creative, intuitive, professional and organized. She handled the communication with all vendors, and made sure the wedding party knew when to be where. I didn't have to worry about how gifts, cards, or decorations were going to be packed up and taken to our house - Maggie even handled that! Being able to leave the reception and continue celebrating with family and friends instead of packing things up was great! I can't thank her enough for making sure that it was stress free, relaxing and that we were all able to enjoy the wedding and not worry about the details. Thank you for everything Maggie, you are simply the best!!

Maggie is beyond amazing. I used her as a ‘day of’ coordinator for my wedding and couldn’t be more pleased. She’s attentive, responsive, pays close attention to every detail (no matter how weird or off the wall those details might be), and she has a very calming presence for an anxious bride. Her company offers a few different package options to fit everyone’s needs and budget. If you are on the fence about whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator, do it. This review is long overdue! Maggie and her team planned a beautiful co-ed baby shower for my daughter and husband and 30+ guests this past spring. I live in California and needed someone to coordinate everything for me. We started with the initial conversation and Maggie came back with color schemes which were exactly what I had envisioned. She coordinated the cake, flowers, party favors, speciality seating for the couple, as well as working with SilverCreek (who also did an amazing job) on scheduling and the menu. The day of, [Kylie] took care of the set-up and tear-down and also made sure everything was moving along smoothly. Payment was easy using online payments. Basically all I had to do was show up and enjoy the day. It was perfect and we are still receiving compliments. I highly, highly recommend 618 Events for your special occasion.

We hired Maggie for our day of wedding coordinator. I can't put into words how helpful she was. She met with us multiple times via video chat as we lived out of town to truly get an idea of what we envisioned for our day. Closer to the event, she helped remind us of all the little details that slipped our minds and made sure everything was set up to run perfectly. She assisted with the endless amount of emails to vendors that comes with planning a wedding which totally took the stress off of us in the days leading up to the wedding. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to her help. If there was anything that went wrong I didn't even hear about it. I'm sure there had to be hiccups, but she got to know us so well leading up to the event that she just handled anything that may have come up to ensure we had a stress free and lovely wedding day. I would highly recommend her services for your wedding day!

Kylie made my daughter's wedding day stress-free for me so I could enjoy the big day. The cupcakes for the dessert table were delayed several hours by the bakery... and I didn't know about it until they were already on their way thanks to Kylie taking care of it! Using a wedding planner also saved me almost as much $ as I spent on them, because they noticed I did not need to pay florist a room flip fee since Kylie would handle with venue staff, and also the venue had a seating area I could use instead of renting. Kylie made sure everything ran according to timeline. Her help at the rehearsal was also so helpful. She was positive and energetic and provided a sense of calm to us all. I highly recommend Kylie and 618 Events!
