Our goal is to serve YOU on YOUR wedding day. We offer one wedding planning package which is similar to the industry standard “Day-Of” Package. You've done all the planning and prep but you don't want to run around dealing with the details on your event day. You want to sit back and enjoy- as you should!

From the start

  • Vendor recommendations for all categories- trust who you hire!

  • Answers to questions & guidance for your planning throughout the entire process

  • You handle all the planning and details, and we’re here to help as needed

Two Months Prior

  • Review all vendor contracts to ensure every detail is taken care of

  • Floor plan confirmation

  • Ceremony & reception venue walk through plus meet with on-site coordinators

  • Meet with you to discuss day-of timeline and vendor details

Wedding Week

  • Contact all vendors to confirm wedding day details plus share timeline & floor plan

  • Introduce ourselves & our role to your vendors

  • Pick up your items to transport to both ceremony & reception for you

Wedding Weekend

  • Coordinate wedding ceremony rehearsal

  • Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination with flex hours for clean up

  • Serve as point of contact on your wedding day

  • Assist with decor & vendor set up

  • Ensure day is running on schedule

  • Line bridal party up for ceremony

  • Ensure reception events (toasts, dances, etc) are running smoothly

Wedding PLANNER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes! This is included in our package but you can also have access to our list for FREE by filling out this form.

  • Your venue coordinator is in charge of items that relate to the venue such as floor plan, room set up, helping vendors as they arrive on your wedding day, etc. Your wedding coordinator (that’s us!) will help with planning items such as your day-of timeline, recommending and booking your vendors, walking you through overall event design, making sure the vendors involved have every detail they need to successfully execute your wedding, plus more.

  • Yes! Our package includes 12 hours of service, but you can definitely add more hours if you need us there longer.

  • Yes! We stay within an hour radius of Champaign, IL, otherwise additional travel fees apply.

  • We are currently offering one package for 618 clients. Please see details above and contact us for more details.

  • Please see above for a general outline of what’s included in our wedding day coordination package. Our fees do not include additional purchases such as decor or payments to your other vendors. Anything outside of our planning services will be an additional cost to you.

  • Short answer: No. While we don’t provide the actual food or candles/flowers/chairs/etc, we know professionals in each of those areas that do. 618 EVENTS helps you to plan your wedding and coordinate all those details, but we don’t provide those products.
