Your venue coordinator will ensure everything that pertains to the venue (floor plan, room set up, helping vendors as they enter the venue on event day, etc) is running smoothly while your wedding coordinator (that’s us!) will help with planning items such as your day-of timeline, recommending and booking your vendors like the caterer/florist/DJ/etc, walking you through overall event design, making sure all the vendors involved have all the details they need to successfully execute your wedding or event, plus more.

Cost depends on the event. For weddings, our starting price is listed on the wedding planning page. For all other events, it really depends on where the event is taking place, how many people will attend, and what is happening at the event. We highly recommend connecting with us to determine which package is the best fit and to provide you the most accurate quote.

Our fees include the time it takes to complete the agreed upon planning and coordinating services. The fees do not include any extra purchases such as decorations, food, a tent rental, etc. Anything outside of our planning services will be an additional cost to you.

While we don’t provide the actual food or candles/flowers/chairs/etc, we know professionals in each of those areas that do provide those items. 618 EVENTS helps you to plan your event and coordinate all those details, but we don’t provide those products.

Yes! This is included in every package but we will also give you a FREE list of our central Illinois recommended vendors just for filling out our form.

But don’t worry- we’ll save you the time (literally!). 618 EVENTS takes care to ensure that every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. We have planning checklists to keep on track and get everything done. From our wide range of experience and sheer time spent in the planning industry, our team has you covered on all things details.

While we don’t have our own venue space or prepare food, we do know professionals such as caterers, florists, photographers, DJs, guest speakers, rental companies, and everything else.

No matter the event or package, 618 EVENTS will be there on your event day to handle the day-of logistics. Making sure each person you’ve hired can smoothly set up, prepare, and execute for your event is a HUGE deal.
